New Family Yoga Sessions!

Early Morning yoga
My early morning yoga series will help you increase flexibility, build muscle strength and establish an early morning routine. Class meets regularly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15-6:50 am. Feel free to drop-in for as many classes as your schedule allows. Register online to receive the Zoom link.
December 2024 Update
I am continuing to offer private yoga instruction via Facetime, Zoom or a Google video chat. In-person classes within Santa Cruz County are offered on a case-by-case basis. The base rate for private lessons is $75 p/hour with an additional per person rate of $15 p/person.
I am now offering single occurrence, in-person, outside lessons for larger groups of individuals and for weekly clients in Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, and San Lorenzo Valley.
Current availability includes:
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons,
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings are available until 2:00 pm, please call Sonya to discuss specific days and times.

Workplace yoga instruction
My Healing Yoga also specializes in workplace yoga, offering classes that focus on countering the effects of sitting in front of a computer, improving flexibility, and calming the mind. Current workplace instruction occurs on Zoom.
