Breath for Stress

A three-week course to help you create a heathy breathing routine for the New Year.

During this course, you will learn specific breathing techniques to manage and control stress, depression and anxiety and to keep you living in the parasympathetic nervous system.

Class will meet on Zoom for three Sundays on January, 12, 19 & 26 from 5:30 – 6:10 pm PST.

Cost is $100 total, a Zoom link will be sent after registering.
