I am currently taking new doula clients on a limited basis. As your doula, I will meet with you and your birth partner twice before your baby is born, remain by your side during your time at the hospital (or at home for a home birth), and check up on your family once after your baby arrives. My base rate starts at $2,200, which may vary based on the specific services provided and your geographic location. All final services and rates will be clearly outlined and formalized in a contract.
If I am unavailable to assist during your birth, but you feel a connection with my style and energy, I also offer consulting to share the techniques that have most helped my clients during labor and delivery.
90-Minute Birth Coaching Session
Working with you both, I will show the birth partner how to set up, guide, and support the laboring process, both at home and in the hospital, so that you can safely and comfortably hold beneficial yoga poses through all stages of your birth.
Couples can expect to learn two breathing techniques and 3 yoga poses to help manage labor pain.
Cost is $250 per session.
